Serengeti Simba Lodge Game Viewing and Activities

Serengeti Simba Lodge is home to prolific birdlife and a stunning array of large game including: lion, buffalo, cheetah, leopard, giraffe, elephant, bush buck, zebra, gazelle, topi and wildebeest. The vast wildebeest migration passes through our area twice a year on the annual trek through the Serengeti eco-system.

Stunningly located just outside Serengeti National Park, with magnificent views across miles of the Serengeti,  Serengeti Simba Lodge allows for types of activities that are not permitted inside the park such as walks and night game drives from the lodge. Special meals in outdoor spaces can be arranged and traditional sundowners in the bush can be enjoyed while out on game drive. Whilst reclining at the lodge itself, guests will find plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views and sunshine from the pool. Nature walks are a popular way to explore the surrounds and for guests to acknowledge the natural details. A speciality in the serengeti is a hot air balloon safari, which can be arranged for guests to enjoy the spectacular plains from above. If a more cultural influence is desired, there is the option to take a trip to the local village to experience the Masai people in day-to-day life.
